Maybe you grew up in countrified surroundings, enjoy taking the long way home, or love the thrill of a good barn find. In any case, Greenlight’s got you covered with this set, marketed under the “County Roads” handle. There’s a ’66 Dodge pickup, a 1977 Ramcharger, a 2006 Mustang GT ragtop, an ’88 Firebird, and what looks to be an in-process 1962 Corvette. With great shapes and Greenlight’s usual eye for color and decos, these look like the kind of cars you’d encounter during a pleasant drive on pastoral byways - including one you’d probably feel better not seeing, especially behind you: An ’08 Crown Vic, done up State Trooper style. We dug the detailing on these, especially the cabins, wheels and tires, and enjoyed the decently cast and decorated engines under each model’s hood. Good stuff at the five-buck price point. - CRM
